Bridgette Barnes is a visual artist who explores the irony of mortality and escapism through painting and mixed media. A New York native, Bridgette graduated valedictorian from CCAD in 2020 in Art History and Painting. Former member of 400 West Rich studios, she has shown her work at Columbus Cultural Arts Center and was a participant in FRANKLINTON ARTS DISTRICT Scribble mural event. Bridgette is also a recipient of the Greater Columbus Arts Council 2023 Grant for artists. She currently splits her time between painting and working full time with estate liquidation company Sale By Holly, and lives in Columbus with her husband and three ornery chihuahuas.
